This chunky 2x2 ribbed sock with placed stripes is part of the Heritage collection. Royalties' Heritage collection was launched in 2017. It adapts specific sock styles (iconic stitch patterns, handcrafted ribbing, etc.) that are knitted on vintage machines, complex to operate and requiring the expertise of increasingly rare technicians.
These models are therefore little treasures of know-how, an accessible luxury for oneself.
The slub cotton used in this design gives it a vibrant look thanks to the varying thickness of the yarn. This creates a subtle texture during knitting. The cotton yarn comes from one of Italy's oldest spinning mills.
