Returns and Refunds
If the items are defective or do not suit you, you can return them to us within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order, the postmark being proof.The products will be exchanged or refunded.
The return costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
Before returning the goods to us, please contact our after-sales service via hello@ile-bleue.fr, indicating:
- the reason for the return
- all the information concerning your order (your full contact details, date and reference)

Each return must be made by tracked parcel or with acknowledgment of receipt.
The refund of returned items will be made within 15 days from the receipt of your return.
Please include your order and order number with your shipment.
Please also note that we will only refund products that are in their original packaging and have never been worn.
