Each candle holder is handcrafted in the small village of Tamegroute, located at the gates of the Sahara Desert in southern Morocco. This iconic place is renowned for its artisanal pottery with its characteristic green hue, obtained through expertise passed down from generation to generation. The secret to this color lies in the use of a glaze based on manganese, copper, and local clay, then fired in traditional earthen kilns.
To this raw and authentic base, Manon adds her personal touch: delicate handmade beaded jewelry, which she lovingly creates in her workshop. These ornaments embrace the candle holder, creating a poetic piece that blends earth and light, tradition and creation.
