  • A symbol of beauty and spring, it's a delicacy in perfumery. Its floral scent evokes a more watery rose. Its subtle vegetal notes suggest morning dew or lily of the valley. Perfumers blend several raw materials in balanced proportions to recreate the olfactory impression of a peony. It is so delicate that it cannot be extracted.

• Lotus:

  • The sacred lotus flower inspired our perfumer for 802. A symbol of purity, it evokes the Zen spirit of Asian gardens. It enhances floral bouquets with a soft, crystalline, and watery freshness, blending beautifully with peony or hyacinth.

• Bamboo:

  • Bamboo brings a vegetal, woody, and aquatic note. It exists as a natural extract, but is most often reconstituted from several raw materials. As a top note, it is used to offer its green freshness, as seen here in 802, and as a heart note for its woody and subtly floral character.
