Plum is typically used as a top note for its fruity character. But here, we opted for candied plum for added sweetness. It has more syrupy and liqueur-like facets than a classic plum.

Prized for its rich, multifaceted sweetness, it highlights the sensuality of this plum. When combined with these candied notes, it reveals its warm and spicy side. Originally from Mexico, it is now cultivated in Madagascar and on Réunion Island, where the lengthy extraction process takes place. Six hundred flowers yield six kilos of vanilla beans!
